Acknowledgements

The boss must acknowledge those writers and artists who have influenced him and from whom he borrows outrageously in the Merry Manyr.

• Robert A. Heinlein - "The boss" comes out of Heinlein's masterwork Stranger in a Strange Land. Not to mention some of the dialogue style.

• Terry Pratchett - Whose wit and innovative thinking influence every corner of the manyr.

• John DeChancy - The manyr is a take off of Castle Perilous. If you haven't read any of these books yet you are in for a treat.

• Raul Fernandez - Raul's Sexy Females inspire imitation (up to a point). The boss loves'em.

• Frank Frezetta - Who can ignore the master? Frezetta's work first inspired the boss to try his hand at fantasy artwork and his ink drawings remain the boss' favorites.

• Boris Vallejo - Some of the best paintings ever.

• Dave Stevens - Great comics style art. The boss has only a few works found on the web but he keeps his eyes open for more.

• The many artists who create anime and manga. The boss finds the art form fascinating, especially when it deals with women. [I, personally, don't see why they treat those little webbies the way they do. They don't properly appreciate us.]

• Frederick's of Hollywood - What would the Manyr be without their great catalogs?
