Internet Technical Support We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Technical Support professionals. Qualified applicants will have strong Windows 95/98 and/or Macintosh experience configuring and using Internet services. Windows NT and 3.1 experience is a plus but is not required. Primary responsibilities consist of assisting new Internet customers by telephone with configuration of Dial-Up Networking, Internet Explorer, Netscape Communicator, and Outlook Express software, as well as diagnosing and resolving Internet access problems experienced by customers. Professional telephone skills are a must.
